The impacts of COVID-19 affected so many aspects of everyday life and abruptly changed so much – including the operations of the nation’s colleges and universities. As the global pandemic progressed, Spelman College took measures to meet the operational and health challenges of the Spelman community.

Three years later, Spelman College continues to thrive. Dr. Yemi Brown, Pharm.D., manager of Spelman’s COVID-19 Operations, played an integral role in the College’s development, administration and monitoring of pandemic protocols.

Read Dr. Brown’s story in the April 2023 issue of Inside Spelman now.
