The Spelman College community recently gathered to celebrate the Class of 2025 — the largest graduating class in the College’s history — during its Baccalaureate and Commencement services on Saturday, May 17, and Sunday, May 18, 2025.
Spelman College faculty member Leyte Winfield, Ph.D., recently participated in Marie Claire's 2025 Power Play summit presented by Clinique.
In "The Business of Beauty: How Science-Driven Innovation Fuels Growth and Success", leading dermatologists Dr. Uchenna Okereke and Dr. Heather Woolery-Lloyd joined Dr. Winfield to unpack breakthroughs in cosmetics and skincare that make more products accessible to more people.
