Notable Announcements
Spelman College recently announced a $200,000 grant from the Deloitte Foundation to provide scholarships for students majoring in economics, computer science and mathematics. The donation will establish the Deloitte Foundation Scholarship Fund to support 20 incoming juniors who are pursuing undergraduate degrees in the STEM-related majors during the 2023-2024 academic year.

Campus Highlights
Today, we welcome the Atlanta community to Spelman College for a special service in Sisters Chapel honoring the life and legacy of alumna and Professor Emerita Christine King Farris, C'48.
The public viewing will be held from 4 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., followed by special tribute ceremonies by the College, members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and The Links, Incorporated, respectively. Attendees of the public viewing have the option to remain in the Chapel during the tribute ceremonies.
