Congratulations, Ciara! Alumna Ciara Smith, C'2020, was recently sworn in as mayor of Anniston, Alabama.

According to information from the city, Smith is the youngest and first African American mayor in the history of Anniston. She's also the second woman to serve as the city's mayor.
