With construction underway in several areas on campus, we want to take this opportunity to share important progress and timeline information related to these projects.
Rockefeller Arts Building
Expected Construction Completion: August 18, 2023

Following site demolition in the spring of 2022, the Rockefeller Arts Building is set to be open for classes in January of 2024.
Mary Schmidt Campbell, Ph.D., Center for Innovation & the Arts
Expected Construction Completion: August 30, 2024

|
|
|
Following a groundbreaking ceremony in the spring of 2022, the Mary Schmidt Campbell, Ph.D., Center for Innovation & the Arts is set to open for classes in January 2025.
West End Avenue Surface Parking Lot
Expected Construction Completion: Mid-August 2023
|
|
|
|
|
The card access-controlled West End Avenue Surface Parking Lot is set to feature 92 parking spaces, lighting & security cameras and EV charging stations.
