Dear Spelman Community,
We are pleased to share with you another example of how we are delivering on the Spelman Promise. After careful consideration, the Spelman College Dining Service Request for Proposal (RFP) Review Committee has selected a new dining partner, Bon Appétit Management Company, effective July 1, 2023. Your feedback,
concerns and recommendations were vital to the selection our new dining program partner.
We are excited to partner with Bon Appétit to create a new dining program that reflects the College’s culture of excellence. Bon Appétit is uncompromising in their mission to provide fresh, healthy, high-quality foods that are responsibly sourced. The vision and values of community, sustainability, cultural and dietary inclusivity and accessibility are mutually shared by the College and by Bon Appétit.
