ABC Network’s story on Spelman College, on ABC’s Live Stream Evening Newscast, anchored by Linsey Davis, has been rescheduled to Friday, March 24 at 7
p.m. (ET).
The story will feature Spelman alumna and professor Jaycee Holmes, C'2016, and her work with colleagues and students at Spelman’s
Innovation Lab, and her work with the nonprofit organization CodeHouse, co-founded with her brother Ernest Holmes, to increase diversity
and educate HBCU students on career pathways and opportunities in the tech industry.
Holmes hosted the first-ever HBCU Game Jam, which drew
more than 150 HBCU students around the country to the AUC in February, and
co-hosted the CodeHouse Tech Exposure Day event in Atlanta earlier this month, attended by nearly 3,000 high school students.
