Spelman Community, Following some technical issues and delays during the spring semester, the AUCC Cross Registration System for the fall 2022 semester will open this morning at 9:00 a.m. (EST).
The Cross-Registration Schedule is as
follows:
- July 25 – Students in Collaborative Programs permitted to Cross-Register: Collaborative Programs are Health Science Major and Public Health Minor
- August 1 – All approved students are permitted to participate in Cross-Registration

Procedures for Checking BANNER Course Schedule:
iii. Then click on "Advanced Search"
iv. Next, scroll down to "Campus"
a. Select the
campus(s) you wish to see: Morehouse and/or Clark Atlanta University).
b. Then submit to view available courses.
Obtain Cross-Registration Approval from Major of Study Department Chairperson
Procedure to request Cross-Registration approval
i. Access Etrieve using the following link (make sure to click the OneSpelman icon to log in).
ii. Complete the Cross-Registration Request form and submit.
iii. Etrieve will route the request to your Major Department Chairperson where upon approval the form will then be routed to the Office of the Registrar.
iv. You will need to monitor your email for an Etrieve message stating "Your request has been approved."
v. Once you have received this message from Etrieve, you can proceed to self-register for the course.
Students may only register for a maximum of six hours via Cross-Registration and are restricted to courses not offered at Spelman College. Students must have an active and current Spelman College
registration. Students who do not receive approval to Cross-Register will not have access to the Learning Management System (LMS) of the host institution: Morehouse uses BlackBoard and Clark Atlanta University uses Canvas.
