This is a reminder that you can use ReADY for all of your Spelman Facilities Management & Services (FMS)
requests.
Working in tandem with the existing AiM request function, this interface has changed how the campus community requests FMS services. Available to students, faculty, and staff via Spelman single sign-on, ReADY uses intuitive icons to allow easier submission of emergency or non-emergency requests related to everything from light bulb changes in offices or classrooms to water leaks in campus residence halls.
While AiM requests are still available, ReADY makes contacting FMS an easier, much more direct process – ensuring that requests are addressed in a more efficient way across campus.
