Dear Spelman Community,

We are pleased to continue with the introduction of additional dining options for Spelman students!

Beginning today, Bon Appétit will introduce "Spelman After Dark," in the Beverly D. Tatum Suites, a new restaurant and lounge-style experience from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The evenings will include music by a local DJ and a rotating small plates menu, including dishes like garlic butter shrimp, chicken bacon ranch flatbreads and vegan Impossible meatballs. While food will be available, Spelman students are welcome to simply hang out and enjoy the vibes.

Additionally, Roam Restaurant will open on Sunday, September 17 in the Beverly D. Tatum Suites Café. The restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Roam is Spelman’s new first-come, first-served dine-in restaurant, and is open to faculty, staff and students.


Both locations are dine-in and accept meal exchange, dining dollars, as well as credit and debit cards.


We are excited to bring these new options to the campus community. Come eat with us!
